Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je konstruirati pilu koja će primarno služiti za rezanje letvica. U prvom dijelu objasnit će se nešto općenito o pilama, od njene povijesti, osnovna podjela te sama geometrija oštrice. Nakon uvodnog dijela objasnit ćemo listu zahtjeva i morfološku tablicu koja je nužna za izradu pile za letvica, u listi zahtjevi vidjet ćemo koje sve funkcije pila treba ispuniti te na taj način uz pomoć skice osmisliti proizvod. Nastavak donosi prikaz 3D modela izrađen u SolidWorks-u sa svim dijelovima te eksplodiranim prikazom sklopa. Zadnji dio obuhvaća proračun naprezanja i promjera svornjaka te naprezanja opruge.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to construct a saw that will primarily be used for cutting moldings. The first part will explain something generally of saws, from its history, basic division and geometry of the blade itself. Subsequently, we will explain a list of demands and morphological table that is necessary for making saw for moldings, in the list of requirements we will see that all functions of the tool should fulfill and thus with the help of sketches to design the product. Continued provides a view of 3D models created in SolidWorks in all parts of this "exploded" display assembly. The last part includes stress and diameter of bolts and tension springs.
