Abstract
Glavna tema rada je korporativno upravljanje. Najprije je objašnjen nastanak moderne korporacije, a zatim i glavna tema koja je detaljnije razložena na više potpoglavlja. Prva su načela pa idu mehanizmi koji se dijele na interne i eksterne. Zatim idu otvoreni i zatvoreni sustavi i teorije. Istaknuta je važnost društvene odgovornosti poduzeća, a potom su opisane korporacije u Republici Hrvatskoj. Navedene su regulacije i zakonodavni okvir poslovanja korporacija u RH te je definirana glavna financijska agencija.
Abstract (english)
Main subject is Corporate Management. First thing explaind is the emergence of corporation and then the main subject which has been divided to more subheadings. First are the principles and then mechanisms who can be internal and external. Further in the text are opend and closed systems and theorys. Then is the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility highlighted and corporation in Republic of Croatia are described. Regulatory and legislative framework of business corporations in Croatia are outlined and the main financial agency is defined.
