Abstract
U radu je analiziran postupak programiranja i izrade stezne ploče. Obrada se vrši na dva CNC strojeva iz polaznog materijala koji je odrezan na mjeru iz okruglog trupca čiji su oblik i dimenzije naznačene u crtežu 555-50-05. Analizirani su zahtjevi koji su postavljeni na predmet te u s kladu s njima i ostalim podacima izrađena je potrebna tehnološka dokumentacija. Izradom tehnološke dokumentacije te njenom analizom utvrđeno je da izradu predmeta treba izvoditi na CNC tokarilici, pristupilo se izradi programa u Mastercam. Prije obrade izvršila se simulacija obrade kojom se provjera programa i utvrđuju greške ispravnosti ispisa i geometrije putanje alata. Završnom kontrolom sve mjerne točke označene na crtežu su izmjerene i upisane u mjerne liste te je provjerena sukladnost sa zahtjevima na crtežu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper was analyzed the programming procedure also as the construction of clamping plates. Processing is being performed on two CNC machines from starting materials which were cut in measure from steel log whose form and dimension are indicated in a drawing 555-50-05. The requests that were placed on the object were analyzed and by them and other data, the necessary technologic documentation was made. By making this technologic documentation and her analysis, it was determined that the construction of objects needs to be performed on CNC lathes, approached the making of program Mastercam. Before the processing, simulation of processing is performed and with that simulation, we can check the program and establish the errors of printing accuracy and geometry of a tool path. All measuring points were measured and marked in the measurement list in final control and compliance with requests on the drawings was checked.
