Abstract
U radu se analizira pojam rukovođenja koji obuhvaća važnost upravljanja zaposlenicima. Prema dosadašnjim istraživanjima ne postoji jasno utvrđeno kako se može postati rukovoditelj. Rukovoditelj je dužan nadgledati i utjecati na odnose između zaposlenika kako bi organizacija mogla postići zacrtane ciljeve. U suvremenim poduzećima sve više dolazi do naglaska na odnos zaposlenika koji moraju djelovati zajedno, a za njihovo uspješno djelovanje je zaslužan rukovoditelj. Zaposlenici su ti zbog kojih se organizacija širi i može biti konkurentna na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the notion of leadership that captures the importance of employee management. According to researches made until today there is no clearly defined way to become a manager. It is the responsibility of the manager that the organization can achieve the set goals to monitor and influence relationships between employees. In modern companies, there is an increasing emphasis on employee relationships that must work together, and for their success is responsible manager. Employees are those who make expanding organization and be competitive in the market.
