Abstract
Ovim radom objasnit će se teorije motivacije, prikazat će se i pojasniti motivacija kao ključ pobošanja uspješnosti poslovanja kroz djelovanje i shvaćanje ljudskih potencijala u organizaciji te će se dobiti slika o ljudskim potencijalima kao temelju organizacije. Motivacija ima vrlo važnu ulogu u okviru vodećih funkcija jer menadžer njome pokušava zadovoljiti usmjerenja i želje zaposlenika kako bi prilagodio njihovo ponašanje na mjeru onoga prihvatljivoga i poželjnoga za cijelu organizaciju. Tema o kojoj se vode važne rasprave je učinkovitost, odnosno govori se o odnosu uloženih resursa i rezultata koji su ostvareni. No, prije svega rasprava je najviše usmjerena na zaposlenike i njihovu vrlo važnu ulogu u procesu povećanja učinkovitosti. Ponekad to ne želimo vidjeti, ali sve se zapravo vrti oko hijerarhije čovjekovih potreba. U modernom vremenu i brzorastućem poslovnom svijetu važno je pravovremeno izgraditi čvrsti motivacijsi sistem koji će organizaciji pomoći u povećavanju ili održavanju konkurentske sposobnosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper will explain the theories of motivation, will show and explain motivation as the key to improving business performance through acting and understanding human resources in the organization, and will get a picture of human resources as the basis of the organization. Motivation plays a very important role in the leadership function because the manager tries to satisfy employees' orientations and desires in order to adapt their behavior to the extent acceptable and desirable for the whole organization. An important topic of discussion is efficiency, that is, the ratio of invested resources to the results that have been achieved. But most of all, the discussion is focused on employees and their very important role in the process of increasing efficiency. Sometimes we don't want to see it, but it all really revolves around a hierarchy of human needs. In today's modern and fast-growing business world, it is important to build a solid motivation system in time to help an organization increase or maintain its competitiveness.
