Abstract
U završnome radu je analizirano koliko je zapravo bitna motivacija zaposlenika u poslovanju bilo kojeg poduzeća. Proučavane su teorije i načini motivacije, različiti pristupi i načini poticanja tj. vođenje zaposlenika do unutarnje motivacije. Rad se također bavi i filozofskim korijenima motivacijskih koncepata, kao i povijesnim korijenima suvremenih teorija motivacije. Kao glavna stavka, najviše pažnje je obraćeno na samu unutarnju motivaciju, njene osnove i ključeve za postizanje iste kao i na motivaciju na radnom mjestu u poduzeću i konkretne načine kako ju postići.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the importance of employee motivation in the business of any company. It analyzes many different theories of motivation, how to approach, encourage and motivate employee. The paper also analyzes philosophical and historical roots of motivational concepts. As the most important part the paper analyzes fundamentals of intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation itself and concrete ways of how to achieve it.
