Abstract
Tema rada jesu relevantni faktori utjecaja na profitabilnost poduzeća. Kroz obradu pojmova ključnih za razumijevanje same teme, postupno se upoznajemo s tim faktorima, načinom na koji oni utječu na poduzeće te načinom na koji dolazi do primjene tih faktora kako bi se ispunili određeni ciljevi i ostavila profitabilnost. Poduzetništvo je kroz teoriju i praksu objašnjeno na razne načine i detaljno analizirano kroz godine, no i dalje je to disciplina koja zahtijeva stalno učenje i držanje koraka s vremenom jer neprestano prolazi kroz promjene izazvane novonastalim gospodarskim aktivnostima na tržištu, zbog čega je informiranost od izrazite važnosti. Glavni cilj svakog poduzeća je ostvarivanje profita uz minimalne gubitke, pa se tako poduzeće fokusira na one strategije i planove koji će mu to omogućiti. Strategije, planovi i funkcije razlikuju se od poduzeća do poduzeća ovisno o tome kojom vrstom djelatnosti se poduzeće bavi. Analizom poduzeća i njegovih glavnih čimbenika pronalazi se i odabire najuspješnija strategija od strane menadžerskog kadra.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the written work are the relevant factors affecting profitability. While processing the key terms for understanding the subject, we gradually get to knowing those factors, the way that they impact the company and the way that they are used for accomplishing goals and making the profit. The entrepreneurship has been well explained through the theory and praxis in many ways and has been minutely analyzed through years but it still represents a discipline that requires constant learning and keeping in touch with the time because it continuously changes due to the new activities on the economy market, and the awareness on the topic is very important. The main goal of every company is making a profit with minimum losses and so the company targets the plans and strategies that will make that happen. The strategies, plans and functions are different from one company to another and it depends on type of the activity that the company runs on. While analyzing the company and its features the management chooses the best strategy.
