Abstract
Završnim radom je analizirano poslovanje tvrtke Topex d.o.o. odnosno izvršena je analiza financijskih izvještaja te su izračunati financijski pokazatelji poslovanja pouzeća s ciljem da se ocijeni uspješnost njegovog poslovanja. Isto tako je provedena analiza troškova koje poduzeće ima radi eventualne izrade plana upravljanja troškovima te SWOT analiza. Radom je bilo potrebno analizirati poslovanja poduzeća u protekle tri godine da bi se mogla ocijeniti uspješnost njegovog poslovanja i eventualno usporediti sa sličnim poduzećima.
Abstract (english)
The final paper analyzed the business of Topex d.o.o. that is, an analysis of the financial statements was carried out and the financial performance of the company was calculated in order to evaluate the performance of its business. Also, a cost analysis was carried out for the company to produce a cost management plan and a SWOT analysis. It was necessary to analyze the business operations of the company over the past three years in order to evaluate the success of its business and possibly compare it with similar companies.
