Abstract
Poduzetnički pothvat je spoj dobre poduzetničke ideje u obličju poslovne prigode i dostatna kapitala. Poduzetnik ima ili pribavlja ideju koju drži dobrom poslovnom prigodom, ulaže vlastiti ili pozajmljeni novac (investira), nabavlja stalna i obrtna sredstva, zapošljava ljude, organizira i vodi biznis te obavlja još mnoštvo poslova s nakanom ostvarenja svoje poduzetničke vizije, misije i ciljeva. Poduzetnički pothvat sastoji se od više faza, što ćemo objasniti u prvom dijelu ovoga rada. Drugi dio pokazuje donošenje odluke, odnosno vrednovanje ideja za jedan poduzetnički pothvat. Poduzetnički pothvat je kompleksan i provodi se kroz duže vrijeme, a ovim radom je prikazan sami početak razvijanja ideje.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurial venture is a combination of good business ideas in the face of business opportunities and sufficient capital. The entrepreneur has or obtains an idea held by a good business opportunity, investing own or borrowed money (to invest), supplies a constant and current assets, employ people, organizes and manages the business and performs a host of additional activities with the intention of achieving their entrepreneurial vision, mission and goals. Entrepreneurial project consists of several stages, which will be explained in the first part of this paper. The second part shows the decision and evaluating ideas for the entrepreneurial venture. Entrepreneurial venture is complex and is carried out for a long time, and this work has shown the very beginning of the development of ideas.
