Abstract
U radu je analiziran postupak izrade klipnjače hidropneumatskog amortizera s kojom sam bio upoznat tijekom obavljanja stručne prakse u tvrtki „TANG tvornica alata“ d.o.o. iz Nove Gradiške. Nastoji se na što detaljniji način opisati tehnološki i proizvodni proces izrade klipnjače od samoga početka, odnosno primitka narudžbenice za izradu proizvoda, do gotovog proizvoda spremnoga za isporuku naručitelju i daljnju eksploataciju. U radu je priložena i dokumentacija koja detaljnije opisuje samu konstrukciju klipnjače, kao i tehničke karakteristike koje se zahtijevaju tijekom procesa izrade.
Abstract (english)
In the working part of the analyzed process of making connecting rods hydropneumatic suspension with whom i was acquainted during a training at the Company „TANG factory tools“ Ltd. from Nova Gradiška. Efforts are made to the most detailed way to describe the technology and manufacturing process development of the piston rod from the start, and the receipt of a purchase order for the manufacture of products, to the finished product ready for delivery to the client and further exploitation. In the working part is accompanied by a detailed documentation that describes the structure itself of the piston rod, as well as the technical features required during the drafting process.
