The paper analyzes leadership in todays world. Throughout this paper different tipes of leadership and leaders, which can be found in different tipes of companies and situations were also analyzed. Next to the different tipes, there are also different models of leadership, and next to all that this paper also analyzes difference between manangement and leadership, which is, today, very questionable and unrecognizable for many people. Leadership is of big need in different jobs because in most situations there are followers who need leaders, and without them the ''title'' of leader wouldn't have even existed. But, it doesn't represent only business position, but position in which leader needs to motivate, push and show his followers the right path, as much for his and their goals as for the goals and needs of organization and group they do their business for. It is also known to be a very powerful tool which has large kapacities that can cause huge events and situations, from a peace movement to war, for example.
