Abstract
Cilj rada je bio praćenje proizvodnje rajčice u hidroponskom uzgoju u poduzeću Ruris d.o.o. smještenom u Bošnjacima. Poduzeće Ruris d.o.o. se bavi proizvodnjom rajčice na površini od ukupno 3 ha, a s radom je započelo 1. prosinca 2007. godine. Proizvodnja rajčice na takav način je vrlo zahtjevan proces koji zahtjeva velika ulaganja u objekte i tehničku opremu te u znanje tehnologa koji vode proces proizvodnje. U radu je detaljno opisan proces proizvodnje i sve prednosti i nedostaci s kojima se susreće ovakav vid proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
The paper aim was monitoring of the hydroponic tomatoes system in the company Ruris d.o.o. located in the Bošnjaci. The company Ruris d.o.o. produces tomatoes on a total area of 3 ha and the work began on 1st December 2007. The production type of tomatoes in such a way is very demanding process that requires large investments in facilities and technical equipment and the technologists knowledge who lead the production process. The paper described in detail the production process and the advantages and disadvantages of this production type.
