Abstract
U ovom radu prikazuje se dio rezultata istraživanja hrvatskih poduzeća u svim gospodarskim djelatnostima. Financijska, trgovinska i uslužna poduzeća su pokrivena uzorkom koji odgovara hrvatskoj ekonomiji. Ravnomjerno su obuhvaćena mala, srednja i velika poduzeća. Menadžeri koji su važni za poduzeća pokazali su da je dobro razlikovati se od konkurencije, dok je izbor diferencijacije izabralo dvije petine poduzeća, a ostali su odabrali niske troškove, što je logičan izbor za mnoge od njih, a to je uvjet opstanka. U Hrvatskom gospodarstvu dosta je teška situacija, pa orijentacija prema niskim troškovima poduzeća je stvaranje opstanka raznovrsnim tehnikama restrukturiranja i smanjivanja troškova važna aktivnost. Inozemna poduzeća imaju raznovrsne prednosti u odnosu na domaća smatraju hrvatski menadžeri.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows a part of the research results of Croatian enterprises in all economic sectors. Financial, trade and service companies are covered by a pattern corresponding to the Croatian economy. Evenly includes small, medium and large companies. Managers that are important for the company showed that it was good to distinguish itself from the competition, while the choice of differentiation chose two - fifths of the company, while the rest are chosen low cost, which is a logical choice for many of them, and that is a condition of survival. The Croatian economy is rather difficult situation, and orientation toward low - cost company is to create a variety of survival techniques restructuring and cost reduction important activity. Foreign companies have a variety of advantages over domestic considered Croatian managers.
