The project lowers the level of uncertainty while increasing the level of certainty inside a dynamic environment. Success of its execution is tightly connected with successfuly realized business, because the mission, the goals and the strategy of the company will define the mission, the goals and the strategy of the project itself. Every project goes through some phases in its life cycle, and these phases are controlled with various knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques. This special role is contained in project management presenting the responsible leader with his team.
