Abstract
U završnom radu opširno je analiziran pojam marketinga u turizmu sa svojim karakteristikama. Marketing u turizmu jesu sve marketinške aktivnosti onih proizvođača koji se na bilo koji način povezuju prodajom svojih proizvoda i usluga na turističkim tržištima i koji su vezani uz turističke aranžmane. Djeluje u mikro i makro okruženju. Makro okruženje odnosi se na sve sile na koje poduzeće ne može djelovati, dok mikro okruženje obuhvaća poduzeće i sve u njemu. Turističko tržište je mjesto susreta njegove ponude i potražnje. Na potražnju se odnose svi turistički proizvodi koji se nude na određenoj destinaciji, u određeno vrijeme i po određenoj cijeni, a u ponudi se nude. Opisane su karakteristike proizvoda i usluga koji se nude na turističkom tržištu, oblici njihovog dizajniranja, naveden je i opisan životni ciklus proizvoda kao i životni ciklus destinacije te značaj marketinških aktivnosti u životu turističkog proizvoda ili usluge. Kao rezultat rada navedeni pojmovi se primjenjuju u primjerima turističkih destinacija Istočne Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis paper, the concept of marketing in tourism with its characteristics was thoroughly analyzed. Marketing in tourism are all the marketing activities of those producers who are in any way connected with the sale of their products and services in tourist markets and which are related to tourist arrangements. It works in a micro and macro environment. The macro environment refers to all the forces that an enterprise can not operate, while the micro environment encompasses the enterprise and everything in it. The tourist market is the place to meet its supply and demand. Demand refers to all tourist products that are offered at a particular destination, at a specific time and at a certain price, and offer is offered. The characteristics of products and services offered on the tourism market are desrcibed, the forms of their design, the product life cycle as well as the life cycle of the destination and the importance of marketing activities in the life of a tourism product or service. As a result of the work the above terms are applied in the examples of tourist destinations of Eastern Croatia.
