Abstract
U radu je analizirano poslovanje Centra za tehnološki razvoj – Razvojne agencije Brodsko – posavske županije d.o.o. kao poduzetničke potporne institucije te njegov utjecaj na razvoj poduzetništva u Brodsko – posavskoj županiji. Pojam poduzetništvo povezan je prije svega s pojmovima poduzeće i poduzetnik. Veza između ovih pojmova može se prikazati na slijedeći način: pojam poduzeće vezuje se za poduzetnika, a temelj poduzeća čini poduzetništvo. Poduzetništvo je pokretač cjelokupnog gospodarstva te ključni element za povećanje konkurentnosti i otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. CTR kao poduzetnička potporna institucija i županijska razvojna agencija kontinuirano provodi aktivnosti koje su usmjerene prema jačanju gospodarstva Brodsko – posavske županije, a najviše malih i srednjih poduzetnika te njihovom razvoju i unapređenju.
Abstract (english)
In paper analizyes management of Center for technological development – Development agency of Brodsko – posavska county Ltd. as bussines support institution and his impact on development of entrepreneurship in Brodsko – posavska county. The concept of entrepreneurship is conected with terms enterprise and entrepreneur. Conection between this terms can be presented on this way: term enterprise is conected with enrepreneur and basic of enterprise is enterpreneurship. Enterpreneurship is initiator of the overall economy and basic element for increasing competitiveness and opening of new working places. CTR as business support institution and conty development agency continuously carried out activities that are directed to strengtening of economy of Brodsko – posavska county, moustly on small and midle entrepreneurs and their development and promotion.
