Abstract
Ekonomsko djelovanje u području sportskih djelatnosti omogućuje razvoj poduzetničkih ideja te se spajanjem ciljanih sportskih aktivnosti i ekonomije razvija sve veći broj projekata malog poduzetništva. Na taj način djelatnost sporta kroz primarne ekonomske ciljeve također sekundarno višestruko može pomoći i u razvoju lokalne zajednice. U radu je osim povezanosti poduzetništva i sporta definirano što predstavljaju menadžment i marketing u sportu te je prikazan primjer navedenog kroz marketing plan fitnes centra. Primjer marketing plana fitnes centra u Slavonskom Brodu nastao je analizom postojeće tržišne situacije zatim definiranja primjerenih i prihvatljivih ciljeva, planiranja strategije i prognoze poslovanja kroz sredstva za ostvarenje ciljeva te financijske pokazatelje.
Abstract (english)
Economic activity in the field of sports activities enables the development of entrepreneurial ideas, and the merge of targeted sports activities and the economy, is developing an increasing number of small business projects. In this way, the activity of sports through the primary economic objectives can also secondary help in the development of local communities. Beside connections of entrepreneurship and sport, this paper explaines what management and marketing are in the sport, and there is example through marketing plan of fitness center. An example of marketing plan of fitness center in Slavonski Brod was developed by analyzing the current market situation, then defining appropriate and acceptable goals, planning strategies and forecasts of business through the means of achieving objectives and financial indicators.
