Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada navedena je podjela i primjena aluminijskih legura. Svojstva aluminijskih legura mogu se mijenjati legiranjem i toplinskom obradom. Toplinskom obradom aluminijskih legura postiže se poboljšanje mehaničkih svojstava čvrstoće, tvrdoće, žilavosti itd. Kratko su opisane faze precipitacijskog očvršćivanja; rastvorno žarenje, gašenje i starenje. U praktičnom dijelu rada analizirana je izrada kontrolne ruke tehnologijom lijevanja. Kratko su opisani svi postupci izrade i neki postupci kontrole. Pojedini postupci su ilustrirani fotografijama snimljenima u proizvodnoj tvrtci koja se bavi proizvodnjom odljevaka od aluminjskih legura.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of the paper division and application of aluminum alloys are listed. The properties of aluminum alloys can be changed by alloying and heat treatment. By heat treatment of aluminum alloys the mechanical properties such as strength, hardness, toughness etc. can be improved. The phases of precipitation strengthening; solution annealing, quenching and aging are briefly described. In the practical part of the work the production of a control arm made by casting technology was analysed. All the processes of production and some control procedures are briefly described. Some processes are illustrated with photographs taken in a production company that manufactures aluminum alloy castings.
