Abstract
U radu je analizirano porijeklo lješnjaka, proizvodi koji se od njega dobivaju te načini proizvodnje. Analizirana je njegova hranjivost i dobre i loše strane konzumiranja lješnjaka u različitim oblicima, načini korištenja te tehnologija koja se koristi tijekom prerade lješnjaka u različite proizvode. Istražene su njegove karakteristike, privredno značenja i rasprostranjenost. Prikazano je kako je lješnjak veoma isplativa vrsta za uzgoj, čak i na malim zemljištima se može daći do nekog profita a ne zahtijeva veliku pažnju pri plantažnom uzgoju. Od drveta se proizvode razne vrste ugljena za različite namijene, a cvijet lješnjaka je prva pčelinja „postaja“ nakon zimskog perioda. Što se tiče proizvodnje u Hrvatskoj najveća plantaža nalazi se u okolici Daruvara i u vlasništvu je tvrtke Nowa d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Hazelnut origin, its products and ways of production are analyzed in this paper. Its nutritional values, good and bad sides of consuming hazelnut in various forms, ways of usage and the technology used during hazelnut processing have also been explained. Hazelnuts characteristics, economic signifance and diffusion have been explored. It is shown that hazelnut is a very profitable plant for growth, for it can make a profit even on small pieces of land, and it is a low-maintenance plant for cultivation. Its tree is used for making various kinds of coal for different intentions, and the hazelnuts flower is the first stop for bees after the winter period. Talking about the Croatian production, the biggest hazelnut plantation is in Daruvar area and it is owned by the company Nowa d.o.o.
