Abstract
Emocionalna inteligencije je sposobnost da čovjek prepozna svoje emocije, te emocije drugih. Važno je da ih razumije te kontrolira, jer one utječu na naše ponašanje i odnose sa drugim ljudima. Podrazumjeva se da čovjek shvati emocije i njezinu vrijednost, da koristi emocije te njime riješava probleme temeljene na tim emocijama. Emocionalna inteligencija postaje sve više tema psiholiških istraživanja. Istražuje se o tome koliko je važna i koliko utječe na sve oko nas. Inteligencija se definira... More kao sposobnost snalaženja u novim situacijama, dok emocija definira čovjekovu reakciju na neku situaciju. Tema ovoga rada se fokusira na važnost emocionalne inteligencije, te kako je razviti i poboljšati.Važnost emocionalne inteligencije je postao glavi pojam u organizacijskom razvoju i razvoju ljudi. Do uspješnih zaposlenika dolazi se na način da se postavljaju na odgovarajuće mjesto u organizaciji i da se konstantno razvijaju, podučavaju, usmjeravaju kako bo odgovarali radnom mjestu. Njezina vještina je glavni uvijet za mnoge uspješne firme i radna mjesta. Svaki pojedinac ima u sebi emocionalnu inteligenciju samo je na njemu hoće li je razvijati ili ne. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize a person's emotions and emotions of others. It's important to understand and control them because they affect our behavior and relationships with other people. It is understood that a person understands emotions and their value, uses emotions, and resolves problems based on these emotions. Emotional intelligence becomes more and more subjects of psychological research. It explores how important it is and how it affects all around us.... More Intelligence is defined as the ability to deal with new situations, while emotion defines a human reaction to a situation. The topic of this paper focuses on the importance of emotional intelligence, and how it develops and improves. The importance of emotional intelligence has become the key term in organizational development and development of people. Successful employees come up in a way to place themselves in an appropriate place in the organization and to constantly develop, teach, and guide the way they work. Her skill is the main condition for many successful companies and jobs. Everyone has an emotional intelligence in himself, only he or she will develop it or not.
