Abstract
Današnje doba zahtijeva sve više vozila, kako proizvodnja motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem raste, tako tehnologija, trajnost i kvaliteta napreduju. Kako bi napredak motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem bio uspješan, potrebni su ostali sustavi, jedan od njih je i sustav podmazivanja. U radu se analizira motorno ulje kao neophodni dio sustava podmazivanja, klasifikacija, svojstva i primjena motornih ulja kod određenih vozila. Podmazivanje smanjuje buku, trenje, vibracije, temperaturu i pozitivno utječe na trajnost dijelova motora. Ovim završnim radom opisan je sustav podmazivanja četverotaktnih motora i sustav podmazivanja dvotaktnih motora. Objašnjen je način rada pojedinog sustava, te njihova podjela, upotreba i karakteristike. Svaki pojedini sustav podmazivanja zahtjeva drugačiju konstrukciju motora i dijelova. Navedeni su potrebni dijelovi, objašnjeno je gdje se koriste i od čega se sastoje. Svaki pojedini najmanji dio sustava mora biti optimalan i prilagođen kako bi sustav podmazivanja bio uspješan.
Abstract (english)
As today's world requires more vehicles, production of internal combustion engines grows, therefore technology, durability and quality are improving. In order to make the progress of internal combustion engine successful other system is one of them. This essay presents engine oil as a necessary part of lubrication system and it's classification, properties and application of engine oils on certain vehicles. Lubrication reduce noise, friction, vibration, temperature and has positive effect on durability of the engine parts. The final essay describes a four-stroke lubrication system and two-stroke lubrication system. Method of operating of each system, their division, usage and characteristic have been explained. Each individual lubrication system requires different engine and component construction. Necessary parts are listed, explained where are they used and what they consist of. Every single part of the system must be optimal and adjusted so that the lubrication system could operate successfully.
