Abstract
U radu su objašnjeni pojmovi korporacije i društvene odgovornosti. Definirane su korporativne društvene odgovornosti te same društvene inicijative koje korporacije mogu koristiti kako bi provodile društvenu odgovornost za boljitak zajednice i općenito društva kao i svih sudionika i parametara s kojima je tvrtka u doticaju. U poglavlju korporativnih društvenih inicijativa prikazana je i tablica koja pojašnjava negativne i pozitivne utjecaje provođenja spomenutih. Navedeni su projekti i prakse u Republici Hrvatskoj koji promiču i promoviraju društveno odgovorno poslovanje kroz prikaz uspješnih primjera društvene odgovornosti te kroz međusobno povezivanje svih zainteresiranih u cilju usavršavanja i razvijanja novih praksi društveno odgovornog ponašanja. U samom kraju rada su prikazane prakse i inicijative koje provodi tvrtka Vodovod grada Vukovara.
Abstract (english)
This thesis defines terms of corporation and social responsibility. It also defines corporate social responsibilities and social initiatives which are used by corporations to conduct social responsibility for community welfare and society in general, as well as participants and parameters with which they are involved. Chapter of corporate social initiatives contains a table which explaines positive and negative effects of performing themselves. The thesis also contains listed projects and practice in Republic of Croatia which promotes corporate social responsibility through representation of successful cases of social responsibility and coherence of all stakeholders to achieve development and new practice of corporate social responsibility. The conclusion of thesis indicates practice and initiatives of company Vodovod grada Vukovara.
