Abstract
Porodica Brassicaceae ili kako se u narodu zovu kupusnjače predstavlja jednu od najzastupljenijih povrtnih kultura u Hrvatskoj. Iako je riječ o vrlo brojnoj porodici, za komercijalnu uporabu najčešće se koriste kupus, kelj, cvjetača, brokula i kelj pupčar. Kao i sve povrtne kulture i ova kultura također je osjetljiva na štetnike i bolesti. Pogreške u agro-tehnologiji i pojava određenih bolesti, važni su čimbenici smanjenja prinosa. Tema ovog završnog rada bavi se pregledom najznačajnijih bolesti određenih povrtnih kultura iz porodice Brassicaceae. Osim ukazivanja na bolesti, u radu su opisana i morfološka obilježja spomenutih povrtnih kultura, najpoznatiji uzročnici bolesti, kao i mjere za njihovo suzbijanje.
Abstract (english)
The family Brassicaceae or as the people called Kupusnjače represent one of the more indigenous vegetable crops in Croatia. Although it is a very numerous family, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts are most commonly used for commercial use. Like all vegetable crops, this culture is also susceptible to pests and diseases. Errors in agro-technology and the occurrence of certain diseases are important factors in reducing yields. The theme of this final paper deals with the most famous and most significant diseases of certain vegetable crops from the Brassicaceae family. In addition to pointing out diseases, the paper also describes the morphological characteristics of the mentioned vegetable crops, the most known causes of diseases, as well as measures for their control.
