Abstract
Komunikacija ini neizostavan dio života svakog ovjeka, ali i poduzea. Komunikacija se odvija neprestano bilo rijeima, bilo govorom tijela, a samo uinkovita komunikacija može pospješiti uspjeh poduzea. U poduzeu se komunikacija odvija na razini poduzea, ali i izvan njega. Rad se sastoji od dva dijela teorijskog i praktinog. Teorijski dio obuhvaa pojmovno definiranje komunikacije kroz proces, vrste, elemente te funkcije. Potom, se definira organizacijska poslovna komunikacija, te objašnjava utjecaj digitalnih komunikacija na poslovnu komunikaciju. U praktinom dijelu analizira se poduzee Kraš d.d. kroz utjecaj društvenih mreža na poslovnu komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
Communication is an indispensable part of everyone's life, but also of business. Communication is constantly spoken of anything, anything by body language, and only user communication can ensure the success of an enterprise. In an enterprise communication refers to the levels of the enterprise as well as beyond. The paper consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part covers the conceptual definition of communication through process, types, elements of that function. Then, organizational business communication is defined, which explains the impact of digital communications on business communication. In the practical part, they analyzed the company Kraš d.d. through the influence of social networks on business communication.
