Abstract
Poduzetništvo je nositelj poslovnih aktivnosti i predstavlja temelj svakog gospodarstva. Poduzetnička sposobnost jedna je od vrlo važnih kvaliteta koju treba posjedovati svaki poduzetnik ili poduzeće. Mala poduzeća u Hrvatskoj igraju veliku ulogu u sveukupnom stanju gospodarstva jer ova poduzeća osiguravaju najveći broj radnih mjesta. Poduzetnička aktivnost u Hrvatskoj se iz godine u godinu povećava i broj ljudi koji se odlučuje na poduzetnički pothvat. Stoga Hrvatska osniva institucije koje potiču razvoj i rast poduzetništva. Potporne institucije zalažu se za poboljšanje konkurentnosti hrvatskih poduzeća te osnivanje novih poduzeća i razvoj postojećih.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is the bearer of business activities and represents the foundation of every economy. Entrepreneurial competence is one of the very important qualities that every entrepreneur or company should have. Small companies in Croatia have a major role in the overall economy, because these companies provide major nuber of jobs. Entrepreneurial activity in Croatia increases year after year by the number of people who decide on an entrepreneurial venture. Therefore, Croatia is setting up institutions that encourage growth of entrepreneurship. Supporting institutions are committed to improving the competitiveness of Croatian companies and the establishment of new companies and the development of existing ones.
