Abstract
Cilj rada je prikazati putem dostupnih pokazateljavažnosti kvalitetnog menadžmenta na primjeru KHL Medveščaka. Također se želi prikazati da se putem osnovnih funkcija menadžmenta kao što su organiziranje, odlučivanje, kontrola, komuniciranje, planiranje, inoviranje i motiviranje može utjecati na poslovne i rezultatske ciljeve sportskih organizacija.Njihova važnost u današnjem sportu je neprocjenjiva a na direktan način to se može uočiti kroz ostvarivanje različitih rezultata što je u ovom radu prikazano kroz pokazatelje gledanosti koja može biti mjerilo uspješnosti, pogotovo u sportu.Putem metode analize kroz četiri vremenske točke prikazan je odnos pokazatelja gledanosti usporedno s najtrofejnijim i najtradicionalnijim Zagrebačkim klubovima. Podaci pokazuju, barem što se gledanosti tiče, da KHL Medveščak koristeći funkcije menadžmenta ostvaruje odlične rezultate. Klub koji danas prije svega ima proizvod koji je pronašao svoje kupce i tržište, te ima kvalitetu i kvantitetu. KHLMedveščak je primjer da mogu postojati uspješni sportski projekti i klubovi u Hrvatskoj usprkos ograničenim financijskim i infrastrukturnim resursima.
Abstract (english)
The main goal is to show through available indicators the importance of quality management on example of KHL Medveščak. It also wants to show that the basic functions of management such as organizing, decision making, control, communication, planning, innovation and motivation could affect on business results of sport organization.The importance of basic functions in today's sport is priceless and in a direct way it can be seen through achievement of results as in this paper is shown through a viewing indicators that could be a measure of success, particularly in sport.Using the method of analysis in four time points is shown the ratio of viewership indicator parallel with most awarded and most traditional clubs in Zagreb. Informations are showing us that through viewers perspective KHL Medveščak using the basic management functions achieves excellent results. Today, club, before everything has product that has found costumers, market and yet, has quantity and quality. KHL Medveščak is an example that can be a successful sports projects and clubs in Croatia despite financial and infrastructural limitattions.
