Abstract
Komunikacija u suvremenom poslovanju ima najveću ulogu, nebitno o poslu kojim se neka organizacija bavi. Ono što je temelj kući, lopta sportu, ili brašno pekaru, to je komunikacija poslu. Komunikacija je implementirana u gotovo svaku poru menadžerskog djelovanja, te je baza svih menadžerskih vještina. Uspješan rukovoditelj je onaj rukovoditelj koji svoju komunikaciju svakodnevno usavršava, čineći tako dvostruku korist (vlastita i poduzeće). Konflikti, kao sastavni, i sve više prihvaćeni dijelovi svakog poslovanja, također kao temelj imaju komunikaciju. Ukoliko dođe do konstruktivnog konflikta, može se reći da je menadžer svojim, prije svega komunikacijskim, a onda i drugim vještinama, uspio razriješiti novonastalu situaciju. U menadžerski posao ubraja se i pregovaranje. Pregovaranjem se nastoji izvući što veća korist svih zaposlenih, a baza uspješnog pregovaranja jest uspješna komunikacija.
Abstract (english)
Communication in the modern business plays a major role, regardless of the job they are an organization dealing with. What is the foundation of the house, ballsports, or flourbakery, it's communication work. Communication is implemented in almost every pore of managerial action, and is the base of all managerial skills. A successful manager is the manager of your communication improves daily, making it a double benefit (personal and enterprise). Conflicts, as a constituent, and is increasingly accepted parts of every business, also as the basis of a communication. If there is a conflict constructively, it can be said that their manager, especially communication, and then the other skills, managed to dismiss the new situation. The managerial job ranks and negotiation. Negotiation seeks to derive as much benefit of all employees, and the base of a successfull negotiation is successfull communication.
