Abstract
Informacijska tehnologija danas je važan dio poslovanja. Gotovo svaka velika tvrtka koristi informacijske tehnologije kao temelj svog poslovanja. Ogromna količina podataka i složeni poslovni procesi uvjetuju da bi bez informacijske tehnologije poslovanje bilo nemoguće. ICT može olakšati proces izgradnje odnosa s klijentima pružajući sustave koji prikupljaju podatke kupaca i pretvaraju ih u prednost za obje, organizaciju i kupce Turizam kao uslužna djelatnost čije se poslovanje temelji na prodaji usluga, pronašao je velike koristi i prednosti u korištenju CRM-a (Customer Relationship Managemen). CRM sastoji se od niza složenih i raznovrsnih poslovnih resursa, kao što su: moderno tehnoloških resursa, informacijskih resursa, ljudskih resursa i svih drugih procesnih sredstava koja služe za poboljšanje usluga za krajnjeg korisnika i kupca.
Abstract (english)
Today, information technology is an important part of business. Almost every large company uses information technology as the foundation of its business. The huge amounts of data and complex business processes without the condition that the information technology business was impossible. ICT can facilitate the process of building relationships with customers by providing systems that collect data of customers and turn them into an advantage for both, the organization and customers as Tourism service industry whose business is based on selling services, found great benefits and advantages to using CRM (Customer relationship Managemen). CRM consists of a series of complex and diverse business resources, such as the modern technological resources, information resources, human resources and all other procedural tools that are used to improve services for the end user and customer.
