Abstract
U radu je provedena analiza razvoja novog proizvoda koja obuhvaća sve segmente od same ideje nastanka novog proizvoda do njegove komercijalizacije na tržište. Utvrđene su metode poticanja kreativnosti te zapreke koje se mogu pojaviti u procesu planiranja novog proizvoda. Na primjeru domaćeg tržišta prikazano je kako domaće tvrtke posluju uspješno jer konstantno inoviraju te proširuju svoju ponudu. Analizom je utvrđeno da je inoviranje i razvoj novih proizvoda bitan za poslovni uspjeh te opstanak na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
In this research paper an analysis of a developing a new product was conducted, that contains all segments from the idea of developing a new product to its commercialization on the market. Methods of encouraging creativity were established and obstacles that can appear in the process of planning a new product. On an example of domestic market it was shown how domestic companies operate succesfully because they constantly inovate and expand their offer. Through the analysis it was established that inovating and developing new products is vital for business success and survival on market.
