Abstract
U radu je obrađena tema organizacije poduzeća Zvečevo d.d. koje se nalazi u Požegi. U samom početku završnog rada, obrađeni je teoretski dio koji pojašnjava što je to zapravo organizacijska struktura poduzeća i koji su tipovi organizacijske strukture poduzeća. U radu je detaljno obrađena osganizacijska struktura kao pojam. U drugom dijelu rada, obrađena je organizacija poduzeća Zvečevo d.d. i je opisan detaljan povijesni razvitak tog poduzeća, te je naveden financijski rezultat za to poduzeće (račun dobiti i gubitka za 2013. godinu u odnosu na prethodnu).
Abstract (english)
In this paper elaborates the topic of compay organization Zvečevo Inc. Located in Požega. In the beginning of the thesis, analyzed the theoretical part, which explains what it is actually the organizational structure of the company and what types of organizational structure. The paper is covered in detail organizational structure as a concept. In the second part, discusses the organization of enerprises Zvelevo Inc. And describes a detailed historical development of this company, and is listed financial results for the company (Income Statement for the year 2013 compared to the previous)
