Abstract
Na samom početku rada, a zbog pojašnjenja i razumijevanja je opisan tokarski stroj, DMG Gildemeister CTX 600 serie 2. U nastavku završnog rada su opisane tehnološke operacije koje takav stroj može izvoditi. Obrađeni su sustavi stroja: posmični sustav, sustav za automatsku izmjenu alata, mjerni sustav, te pogoni istih, a isto tako i upravljačka jedinica. Kao zaključak pojašnjavaju se prednosti CNC tokarskog stroja iz perspektive sustava kojima je opremljen.
Abstract (english)
At the beginning of the work, a lathe machine has described to provide clarification and understanding, DMG Gildemeister CTX 600 serie 2. In the following sections, technological operations of the machine have been described. The subsystems and their respective drives have been presented: the shifting system, the automatic tool replacement system, the measuring system, and the control unit. In conclusion, the advantage of CNC lathe has explained in detail from the perspective of its equipped systems.
