Abstract
U radu je analiziran i tehnički opisan princip rada i dijelovi stroja za recikliranje polimera (tip EREMA 1310 TVEplus) te načini i postupci preventivnog održavanja. Proizvodni ciklus recikliranje polimera se bazira na 3 sekcije: miješanje, usitnjavanje i zagrijavanje materijala u aglomeratoru, otplinjavanje i homogeniziranje polimerne taljevine u ekstruderu te skrućivanje i peletiziranje u glavi za peletizaciju. Kako bi konačni proizvod bio što kvalitetniji, značajnu ulogu u proizvodnom ciklusu ima pravilno i redovito održavanje postrojenja. Propisno održavana oprema traje dulje i radi bolje i učinkovitije.
Abstract (english)
The analysis comprises technical description of working principle and polymer recycling machine EREMA 1310 TVEplus components, including methodes and procedures regarding preventive maintenance. Production cyclus of recycling polymers consists of three main stages: mixing, grinding and heating of polymer material inside acutter compactor, degassing and homogenizing the polymer blend inside extruder and finally solidification and pelletizing in pelletizing head. In order to achieve a high-quality product it is important to maintenance the machinery properly and regulary. Well maintained machinery lasts longer and performs better.
