Abstract
Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom prepoznat je u zadnjim desetljećima poslovanja. Upravljanje kvalitetom ima velik utjecaj na unutarnje i vanjske čimbenike poslovanja. Nadalje, potreba upravljanja sustavom kvalitete unutar organizacija prepoznata je kako na globalnom tržištu, tako i na nacionalnom. S naznakom da je velika razlika u broju provođenja sustava između razvijenih i nerazvijenih zemalja. Kvaliteta se definira kao stupanj do kojeg su ispunjena očekivanja kupaca ili korisnika usluga, što je cilj svake organizacije. Za potrebe rada provedena je analiza sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u Republici Hrvatskoj, točnije na primjeru Pučkog otvorenog učilišta Libar u Slavonskom Brodu. Podaci o učilištu i ispunjavanju sustava kvalitete također su navedeni u radu.
Abstract (english)
Quality management system has been recognized in recent decades of business. Quality management has a great influence on the internal and external factors of business. The need for quality management system has been recognized at the global market and national market. With the indication on a difference between the number of implementation of developed and undeveloped countries. Quality is defined as the degree to which they met customer expectations and customer services, this is the goal of any organization. For the purposes of the paper an analysis was made on the business of the management system in the Republic of Croatia, on the University Libar. Information about the institution and the fulfillment of the quality system are also mentioned in the work.
