Abstract
Postojanje biljaka je značajno i u prirodi i za čovjeka. Kao i sva druga živa bića, biljke imaju staničnu građu te se unutar stanice odvijaju životne funkcije. U završnom radu je opisana građa biljne stanice s naglaskom na ergastične tvorevine nastale njezinim radom, odnosno metaboličkom aktivnošću. U ergastične tvorevine biljne stanice se ubrajaju: vakuom (izlučeni vakuolni sadržaj), škrob (rezervni polisaharid), aleuron (rezervni protein) i stanična stijenka (strukturni polisaharidi). U radu je prikazan i kemijski sastav ergastičnih tvorevina. Sve one imaju veliku važnost u svim segmentima ljudskog života – kao hranjive i fiziološki aktivne tvari (vitamini, fitohormoni, enzimi, fitoncidi), ljekovite i aromatične, prirodna bojila i dr.
Abstract (english)
The existence of the plants has been significantly in the nature and for man. Like other living beings, plants have cell structure so life functions are taking a place inside cell. In the final paper has been described the structure of plant cell with a focus on ergastic substances which originate from work of cell, respectively metabolic activity. Ergastic substances of plant cell include: vacuoles (secreted vacuole`s content), starch (reserve polysaccharide), aleurone (reserve protein) and cell wall (structural polysaccharides). The paper presents the chemical composition of ergastic substances. All of them have great importance in all aspects of human life – as nutritious and physiologically active substances (vitamins, phytohormones, enzymes, phytoncides), medical and aromatic substances, natural dyes and others.
