Abstract
U radu su objašnjene kreativne tehnike pomoću kojih poduzeća postižu konkurentsku prednost. Ključ uspjeha poduzeća temelji se na ostvarivanju konkurentske prednosti. Konkurentska prednost poduzeća realizira se kroz dobar položaj na tržištu koji je omogućen realiziranjem novog proizvoda. Inovacija omogućuje stvaranje novih poduzeća koja s vremenom konkuriraju na tržištu. Tehnike koje su objašnjene u završnom radu su: Brainstorming, Brainwriting, Delphi metoda, sintetička i morfološka metoda, te tehnika scenarija. Svaka navedena metoda ima prednosti i nedostatke. Vrlo je bitno da se tehnologije primjenjuju u poduzeću kako bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo i kako bi ostvarilo konkurentsku prednost.
Abstract (english)
This paper considers the creative techniques to help companies achieve competitive advantage. The key to success of the company is based on the achievement of competitive advantage. The competitive advantage of the company is realized through a good position in the market that enabled realization of a new product. The innovation allows the creation of new businesses that eventually compete in the market. The techniques are explained in the final paper: Brainstorming, brainwriting, Delphi method, synthetic and morphological methods, techniques and scenarios. Each mentioned method has advantages and disadvantages. It is vital that the technology used in the company to company successfully operating and in order to achieve a competitive advantage.
