Abstract
U radu je opisana kontrola kvalitete pregrijača pare prema njegovoj pripadajućoj dokumentaciji o kvaliteti. Uvodom su obuhvaćena općenita saznanja o pregrijačima pare i o kontroli kvalitete pregrijača pare. Prije analize plana kontrole kvalitete, opisan je postupak izrade pregrijača pare. Prema planu kontrole kvalitete, kontrolu kvalitete pregrijača pare kotla smo podijelili u tri procesne cjeline: kontrola prije početka izrade, kontrola u tijeku izrade i završna kontrola. U radu su opisane sve tri procesne cjeline pomoću plana kontrole kvalitete, teorijskog dijela iz literature, dijagrama, fotografija i tablica s pripadajućim podacima. Navedeni su i propisi kod ispitivanja. Na samom kraju ovog rada, prikazana je dokumentacija o kvaliteti pregrijača pare.
Abstract (english)
This final work will describe the quality control process of a steam superheater by its related quality documentation. Introduction is focused on general knowledge about the steam superheater and its quality control. Before analyzing the quality control plan, procedure of making a steam superheater will be described and explained. According to the quality control plan, quality control of a steam superheater is divided into three processing units: inspection before the main production, inspection during the main production and the final inspection. In this final work, three processing units that are mentioned are described in detail with the quality control plan, theoretical parts from literature, diagrams, photographs and tables with their associated data. Regulations for inspection are also listed. At the very end of this final work, quality documentation of the steam superheater will be shown.
