Abstract
U radu je dan opis izrade membranskih zidova za kotlovsko postrojenje. Općenito je opisana namjena membranskih cijevnih zidova, kao i EPP postupak zavarivanja. Predstavljeni su materijali i tehnologija izrade membrasnkih cijevnih zidova. Opisane su tehničke karakteristike stroja za zavarivanje te je detaljnije razrađena tehnologija zavarivanje membranskih cijevnih zidova. Navedene su i moguće greške pri izrade zidova, aktivnosti kontrole kvalitete i osiguranje kvalitete pri izradi membranskih cijevnih zidova.
Abstract (english)
In this work is described the design of membrane walls for the boiler plant. In general. The purpose of the membrane pipe walls is described, as well as the FCAW welding process. Materials and technology for making membrane pipe walls were presented. The technical characteristics of the welding machine are described and the technology for welding membrane pipe walls has been elaborated in more detail. There are also possible defects in production, quality control activities, and quality assurance in the manufacture of membrane pipe walls.
