This paper presents theories of motivation, emphasizing the importance of human resources in organization and managing them using various methods of motivation. Employees who are well-motivated are doing their job better and more successful. The success and competitiveness of the organization is growing. The mode of motivation needs to be shaped to meet the employee's desires and needs and to be focused on achieving more work performance with an adequate reward for the good behavior of the occupier. A successful way of motivating must include rewarding and fair distribution of prizes to employees.
