Abstract
Cilj rada je odrediti važnost kreativnosti i inovativnosti unutar poduzeća, definirati pojmove inovativnosti i kreativnosti, tehnike poticanja kreativnosti, zapreke u inoviranju te pronaći primjere poduzeća koja su i kreativna i inovativna. U radu su analizirane inovacije koje glase kao najčudnije inovacije u svijetu, a pritom su donijele milijunske zarade. Dokazano je kako „mašta radi svašta“ te pritom donosi dobit. Hrvatska je inovativna država i njezine inovacije su cijenjene u svijetu.
Abstract (english)
The aim is determine the importance of creativity and innovation within the company, define the terms of innovation and creativity, the art of encouraging creativity, barriers to innovation and find examples of companies that are creative and innovative. The paper analyzes the innovation which read like the weirdest innovation in the world, and in doing so have brought millions in profit. It has been proven that „imagination doing anything“ and thereby brings profit. Croatia is in innovative country and its innovations are appreciated in the world.
