Abstract
Osnovni cilj rada je istražiti i upoznati se s kreativnošću i motivacijom zaposlenika na radnom mjestu, kao i radnoj atmosferi u kojoj su ljudi svakodnevno okruženi. Motivacija zaposlenika bila ona materijalna ili nematerijalna daje ljudima bolji poticaj za daljnji rad ali i potiče zaposlenike da kreativnije razmišljaju i ispunjavaju svoje radne zadatke. Sve veću pozornost u poduzećima zahtijeva kreativnost koja je važna ljudska značajka jer se za nju može reći da je to sposobnost stvaranja novih „unikatnih“, originalnih zamisli i ideja.
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this paper is to explore and get acquainted with creativity and motivation of employees in the workplace, as well as the working atmosphere in which people are daily surrounded. Employee motivation was tangible or intangible gives people a better incentive for further work but also encourages employees to think creatively and fulfill their tasks. Increasing attention in companies requires creativity that is important human trait because it can be said that this is the ability to create new "unique", the original concepts and ideas.
