Abstract
U radu se analiziraju teorije kreativnosti, kreativna klima, uloga menadžmenta ljudskih resursa na poticanje kreativnosti zaposlenika, te proces kreativnog razmišljanja. Danas se sve više pažnje u poslovanju posvećuje kreativnosti, uspješne kompanije i napredni voditelji cijene kreativnost svojih suradnika, a u poslovanju se koriste tehnikama za njeno poticanje. Gotovo da ne postoji grana poslovanja, odjel u organizaciji ili pozicija koja ne zahtijeva kreativnost u svrhu iznalaženja što boljih rješenja; od proizvodnje, optimizacija radnih procesa, kontrolinga, marketinga, prodaje do upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Polazi se od pretpostavke o podršci koja je potrebna za razvoj kreativnosti u organizaciji, a koja obuhvaća umreženu kreativnost individualaca, grupe, tima, strategija menadžmenta za razvoj motivacije i nagrađivanja kreativnih potencijala u organizaciji.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the theory of creativity, creative climate, the role of human resource management to encourage the creativity of employees, and the process of creative thinking. Today, more attention is paid to creativity in business, successful companies and leaders prices advanced creativity of its associates, and in business used techniques for its encouragement. There is almost no branch of business, department or organization in a position that does not require creativity for the purpose of finding the best solutions; of production, optimization of working processes, controlling, marketing, sales to human resources management. The assumption is the support that is needed for the development of creativity in the organization, which includes networked creativity of individuals, groups, teams, management strategies to develop motivation and reward creative potential in the organization.
