Abstract
U ovome radu analiziran je postupak programiranja i izrade nosača ležaja na CNC stroju prikazan u prilogu. Obrada se vrši na CNC glodalici iz već djelomično obrađenog polaznog materijala, čiji su oblik i dimenzije naznačeni u crtežu 1. Potrebna tehnološka dokumentacija izrađena je na temelju traženih zahtjeva za predmet i ostalih podataka u skladu s njima. Budući da je najveći dio obrade potrebno izraditi glodanjem, za izradu je primijenjen programa WinNC, a programiranje je izvršeno za upravljačku jedinicu Sinumerik 840D. Prije obrade polaznog materijala do krajnje izrade obavljena je simulacija obrade, kojom se provjera sintaksa program te putanje gibanja alata. Završnom kontrolom su se provjeravali dosjede utora i navoja, te je provjerena sukladnost sa zahtjevima na crtežu i propisima.
Abstract (english)
This work analyzes the proces of Programming the production of bearings on CNC machine shown in the attacment. Processing is done on CNC milling machines from already partially processed starting material, which shape and dimensions are shown in drawing 1. The required technological documentation is made on basis of the required application for the subject and the other data in accordance with them. The programming was performed by Sinumerik 840D control unit created in WinNC program, since most of the prosessing parts needs to be done by miling. Before the processing of the starting material up to the final design, a simulation of the processing was carried out, which verified the syntax and the path of the tool. The final check was used to check the slot and thread positions, and checked the conformity with the drawing requirements and regulations.
