Abstract
U radu je predstavljena toplinska obrada bubnja parnog kotla. U teorijskom dijelu rada navedena je podjela postupaka toplinske obrade. Kratko su opisani svi postupci žarenja. Detaljno je opisano žarenje za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja jer je toplinska obrada kotlovskog bubnja nakon zavarivanja provedena tim postupkom. U praktičnom dijelu rada opisano je predgrijavanje prije zavarivanja i žarenje za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja nakon zavarivanja kotlovskog bubnja. Svaki od ovih postupaka ilustriran je fotografijama snimljenima u proizvodnoj tvrtki koja se bavi proizvodnjom termoenergetskih postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the heat treatment of a steam boiler drum. In the theoretical part of the paper the division of heat treatment processes is listed. All annealing processes are briefly described. The stress relief annealing is described in details because the heat treatment of the boiler drum after welding was carried out by this process. In the practical part of the work, the preheating before welding and the stress relief annealing after welding of the boiler drum are described. Each of these processes is illustrated by photographs taken in a manufacturing company that manufactures thermal plants.
