Abstract
Prilikom izrade ovog završnog rada uzet je stvarni primjer iz industrije, nosač za potrebe automobilske industrije te je opisan proizvodni postupak od pripreme materijala, rezanja materijala, strojne obrade materijala, zavarivanja materijala, ispunjavanja kartice sljedivosti, lakiranja, pakiranja te montaže na terenu. Ovaj proizvod je specifičan jer se ne radi o serijskoj proizvodnji nego o pojedinačnoj proizvodnji. Prilikom izrade nosača za potrebe automobilske industrije pazi se na stroge norme koje su postavljene od strane naručitelja radova. Prilikom izrade korištene su HRN EN, ISO i radioničke norme.
Abstract (english)
During this work, a real example of the industry, a carrier for the automotive industry, has been described and the manufacturing process is described from material preparation, cutting of materials, machining materials, welding materials, filling card tracing, painting, packing and field mounting. This product is specific because it is not about serial production but about individual production. In the manufacture of carriers for the needs of the automotive industry, the strict standards laid down by the contractor are taken into account. The HRN EN, ISO and working standards were used during the production.
