Abstract
U radu je objašnjeno od čega se sastoji informacijska tehnologija, kako se informacijska tehnologija dizajnira, razvija, te kako se njome upravlja. Analizirani su načini prikupljanja informacija, obrada te rad sa informacijama u suvremenom menadžmentu. U radu se također pobliže objašnjava svrha informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije u suvremenom menadžmentu. Objašnjeno je kako poduzeća prepoznaju trendove suvremene informacijske tehnologije te na koji način ih prate i koriste u svakodnevnom radu. Također, govori se o načinima ulaganja i iskorištavanja informacijskih tehnologija za poslovne potrebe i postizanje konkurentnosti i prednosti na poslovnom tržištu. U radu je napravljen i osvrt o implementiranosti informacijske tehnologije u menadžmentu i poduzećima u Hrvatskoj, zastupljenost informacijske tehnologije, te načini za bolju informacijsku integriranost i povezanost.
Abstract (english)
The paper explains what information technology is, how information technology is designed, developed and managed. Paper consists of the analysis of the methods of gathering information, processing and working with information in contemporary management. This paper is also explains the purpose of information and communication technology in modern management. It is explained how companies recognize the trends of modern information technology and how they follow and use them in everyday work. It also deals with ways of investing and exploiting information technologies for business needs and achieving competitiveness and benefits in the business market. This paper reviews the implementation of information technology in management and enterprises in Croatia, the representation of information technology, and ways of better information integration and connectivity.
