Abstract
Konkurentna sposobnost predstavlja snagu poduzeća da odgovori zahtjevima kupaca i konkurencije. Adaptacija poduzeća okolini i brze reakcije čine temelje uspješnog poduzeća. Konkurentna prednost poduzeća nastaje kada sposobnost poduzeća nadmašuje najjačeg konkurenta u elementima koji su važni za kupca. Strategija poduzeća je područje u kojemu poduzeće djeluje ali ujedno i razlog postojanja poduzeća. Spoznaja eksterne okoline vrlo je važan čimbenik kod razvoja strategije. Benchmarking je alat koji prikuplja podatke od najboljih iz okoline i na temelju tih spoznaja poboljšava poslovanje. Poduzeće koje uči danas je poznat koncept, benchmarking poduzeću omogućava proces učenja kroz prikupljanje i analizu podataka iz okoline. Benchmarking nikako ne smije biti jednokratan proces, njegov cilj je učenje kroz prikupljanje informacija.
Abstract (english)
Competitive ability is the power of companies to meet the customers and competition demands. Company adaptation to environment and quick response makes the foundation of a successful company. The competitive advantage is occurs when the ability of the company exceeds the strongest competitor in the elements that are important to the customer. The strategy of the company is area in which the company operates but also the reason for the e of the company existence. Knowing external environment is an important factor in strategies development. Benchmarking is a tool that collects information from the best in the environment and on the base of that knowlwdge enhances the business. The learning company is now well-known concept, benchmarking the company allows the learning process through the collection and analysis of data from the environment. Benchmarking should never be a one-time process, his goal is learning by collecting the information.
