Abstract
Tema rada je „Potpore i prilike razvoja ţena poduzetnica“. Poduzetništvo pridonosi poboljšanju načina ţivota i pruţa nam priliku za napredovanjem, upoznavanjem sebe i odabirom posla koji volimo. Ţene su svoj status u društvu mijenjale već mnogo puta. U samim početcima ţena je bila znatno podreĎena muškarcu te je njena osnovna i jedina zadaća bila briga oko obitelji, djeci i domu. S vremenom se to polako mijenjalo te je ţena počela samostalno raditi i sama stjecati svoj novac. Ţena je s vremenom htjela učiti i napredovati u poslu. Svake godine velik broj ţena bori se za ravnopravnost s muškarcima na poslovnom putu. Vidjevši da same mogu postići više u poslu nego da im je muškarac voĎa ili šef masovno se odlučuju za samozapošljavanje gdje trebaju potporu obitelji ali i drţave, drţavnih institucija i banaka.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the paper is "Support and Opportunities for the Development of Women Entrepreneurs". Entrepreneurship contributes to the improvement of lifestyles and provides us with the opportunity for advancing, getting to know ourselves and choosing the job we love. Women have changed their status in society many times. At the very beginning, women were significantly subordinated to a man, and her basic and sole task was to care for family, children and home. Over time, it slowly changed, and the woman began to work alone and gained her own money. The woman wanted to learn and progress in business over time. Every year a large number of women fight for equality with men on a business trip. Seeing that they can do more in business than their male leader or boss is massively deciding for self-employment where they need family support, but also support of the states, state institutions and banks.
