Abstract
U radu su analizirani med i pčelarski proizvodi, te proizvodnja meda u obitelji Havić. Cilj rada je opisati pojedine pčelarske proizvode, analizirati jednu pčelarsku godinu, navesti i opisati radove za svaki mjesec u godini koji se provode u pčelinjaku, a koji su od utjecaja na proizvodnju meda. Provesti teorijsku analizu proizvodnje meda, na osnovu vlastitog iskustva i znanja. Teorijska je analiza pokazala da ukupan prinos meda ovisi o više faktora, a to su prije svega klimatski uslovi, podneblje gdje su pčele obavljale pašu, te sam odnos pčelara prema pčelinjim društvima kroz cijelu godinu. Naveden je niz postupaka i radnji koje se provode u pčelinjaku obitelji Havić, a koje za rezultat imaju uspješnu proizvodnju meda. Rad je napisan na osnovu vlastitog iskustva te uz minimalno korištenje navedene literature.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes honey and bee products, and honey production in the family Havić. The aim of this work was to analyze and describe the individual beekeeping products, to analyze one beekeeping year, to specify and describe the works for each month of the year that are being carried out in the bee, which are influenced by the production of honey. Carry out a theoretical analysis of honey production, based on own experience and knowledge. Theoretical analysis showed that the total yield of honey depends on several factors, primarily climatic conditions, the conditions whereby bees performed the pasture and the ratio of beekeepers to bee-keeping throughout the year. A number of procedures and actions were carried out in the Havić family's beekeeping, which results in successful honey production. The paper is written on the basis of own experience and with the minimal use of the mentioned literature.
