Abstract
Znanje kao ekonomski resurs postao je uvjet ekonomskog rasta i razvoja. Zemlja, rad i kapital zamijenjeni su razvijenom informacijsko-komunikacijskom tehnologijom, znanjem, idejama i inovacijama. U radu se obrađuju elementi nastajanja uspješne inovativne organizacije i njezina svrha u novoj ekonomiji. Razmat će se značajke poslovanja u novoj ekonomiji te inovativna organizacijska kultura koja uvelike utječe na uspjeh poduzeća. Svrha ovog rada je značaj inovacija u suvremenom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge as an economic resource has become a prerequisite for economic growth and development. Land, labor and capital have been replaced by developed information and communication technology, knowledge, ideas and innovations. This article discusses the elements of the emergence of successful innovative organization and its purpose in the new economy. This paper will examine the features of business in the new economy, as well as the innovative organizational culture which greatly influences the success of the company. The aim of this paper is to outline the importance of innovation in modern business.
